About Mr. Goldberger

Attorney Peter Goldberger is a 1975 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

For the past 30 years, he's been an active member in good standing of the California State Bar (#065953) as well as the Bar's Workers' Compensation Law Section. He and his firm, Goldberger & Associates, have represented literally thousands of seriously injured workers and their families throughout California, dealing with virtually every conceivable workers' compensation issue. The firm is located in the coastal community of La Jolla, just north of San Diego.

Mr. Goldberger has also developed numerous award-winning state, national and international websites, covering everything from workers' compensation law, general law and medicine to real estate and website searching tools. His various sites have been accessed over a million times since 1996 (to see some of them, click onto our Other Resources section).

He is the author of The Work Injury Handbook, one of the best-selling California workers' comp. books on the market, has lectured to doctors, employers and employee groups on workers' compensation issues, regularly serves as a consultant to other workers' compensation colleagues throughout the state and was appointed to serve as a California Workers' Compensation Judge Pro Temp.
